what tasks have been completed, and what tasks remain?
At this stage of my project development, the remaining tasks were to install electronic parts and lighting. Because of the home quarantine that was imposed on 3/14 - 9/8 about six months, we lost a lot of time and now I am working on making up for what I missed and trying to accomplish before the final time.
what's working? what's not?
Everything works on my project. However, my initial plan for the final project is to create a system that takes care of your particular plant, as well as giving it a dazzling aesthetic
what questions need to be resolved
Will the cost of the project be expensive? Can the idea be converted into a product in the future? Are there people who would like to own it?
what will happen when?
I tried to include most of the skills I learned in my project,I worked on completing my final project according to the steps listed below
- The idea.
- Developing 2D & 3D designs, specifying materials and manufacturing mechanism.
- Preparing and cutting the wood design on CNC, then painting with the appropriate color.
- Prepare the vase design and print it on the printer.
- Preparing and cutting the laser design for the project cover and water tank industry.
- Project board design, manufacture and welding process.
- Writing the code to control the project.
what have you learned?
I learned a lot and as a civil engineer, I learned a lot of things that will help me prepare my graduation project and even prepare models more professionally because of the techniques that I can use. I learned a lot of wonderful things about electronics, programming, dealing with Arduino and even making any board I need in the future and I mentioned them below:
- 2D 3D Designing

- Working on CNC machines big like shopbot, laser cut.
- PCB Designing, Milling and Soldering
- Vinyl Cutting
- Arduino Programming on differnet boards
- Making application and Interfacing it with circuits
